Items come standard gift wrapped with a business card and without a receipt.
Current production time is 1-2 weeks. 

-USA SHIPPING: Items are shipped first class via USPS and include a tracking number. Shipping for USA customers is free!! USPS first class typically takes anywhere from 2-7 days to arrive, depending on where you live as well as the weather conditions.

-International shipping: Items are shipped world wide USPS first class. International items do not have a tracking number. USPS first class can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks to arrive, depending on your country's customs requirements.
*Your country may charge various customs fees, taxes, tariffs, and any other fees when delivering or picking up your package, this is something I am not in control of and it is not included in your order. You are responsible for paying any fees imposed by your country. I cannot pay these fees as it is illegal for me to do so.

Please make sure the address you enter into paypal is the address you need the item shipped to.

Once I drop items off at the post office, they are out of my hands. If the postal service loses your package, I cannot replace your item for free. To add INSURANCE  to your order, or UPGRADE your shipping and production time please message me.

  • Please realize that metalsmithing/silversmithing is a tedious, time-consuming process. Stamping involves taking a steel 'rod' with a design/letter on one end, putting it to a piece of metal, and hitting it with a hammer, sometimes multiple times. Sawing can be a bit dangerous and also a tedious process, requiring a lot of patience. Soldering is constant use of torches {fire!} I strive to create wonderful pieces, and tiny flaws only add to the uniqueness of your design.

    I am not responsible for any damages during the shipping process or lost packages if the delivery confirmation tracking numbers say it was delivered.
    Personalized items are not eligible for refunds.
    Non-personalized items, depending on the reason are eligible for a refund within 2 weeks of receiving your item. I will not refund shipping charges. I am more than happy to discuss with you and help figure out a solution to any issues you might have, so shoot me a message via my email.
